### 4/5 — Good but could use improvement

*2026-08-17, version 4.5.4*

The only things I don’t like about the app are that it doesn’t work in the background and there is no way that I have found to control what statistics are displayed

If the app is put in the background so for example you can modify the song playing on your music app, it stops working. I don’t know if this is a IOS issue or what and it is no big deal.

The fact that I can’t control what statistics get displayed such as FTP percentage and the fact that the displayed statistics seem to change at random is annoying. Another issue is that the same statistics are displayed on all three screens instead of taking advantage of the multiple screens to display all of the available data that is tracked by the app

### 2/5 — Sync to Strava

*2026-07-21, version 4.5.4*

Have used this app for a number of years with my M3i spin bike. Recently it has stoped syncing with Strava and even having raised this with Keiser and Strava the issue still exits. Their responses are very vague and don’t appear to know what the problem is. Very disappointing.

### 2/5 — Unfortunately

*2026-07-08, version 4.5.4*

Sadly they updated the app and it sticks constantly not reflecting the actual speed or watts. It also drops Strava all the time now. Bad update they should revert.

### 3/5 — Won’t stay connected

*2026-04-08, version 4.5.2*

If I temporarily view another app while riding the Keizer bike and come back to this MSeries app, the app is disconnected from the bike, asks to reconnect, and all the exercise data from the time period when I was viewing another app is lost. Thus all my history data is incomplete and unusable.

### 2/5 — I spoke too soon, still disconnects

*2026-03-29, version 4.5.2*

Unfortunately during today’s 45 workout the app disconnected 7 times.
It’s also still laggy to pick up changes of gear or pace.
None of this was an issue before the updates started!

### 2/5 — Continuous drop-outs

*2026-03-24, version 4.5.1*

In a 40 minute session I had nearly 20 drop-outs. Seems to be one of those cases of ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!’.

### 1/5 — Connection issues

*2026-03-23, version 4.5.1*

New version still dropping connection multiple times mid rides

### 2/5 — 4.5.1 SUCKS

*2026-03-22, version 4.5.1*

U/I is bad. Numbers are much smaller on guage display - far harder to read quickly while working out. No need for translucent power gauge, again it's harder to quickly read while working out.

### 1/5 — App background connectivity

*2026-03-22, version 4.5.1*

This app cannot maintain Bluetooth connectivity in the background if you switch apps during a workout.

### 2/5 — New UI annoying

*2026-03-22, version 4.5.1*

Why remove the visual indicators of RPM and Gear and replace with digits? Harder to use

### 1/5 — New Update Buggy

*2026-03-21, version 4.5.1*

Since the 2026 update my connection keeps dropping in my spin class making the app unusable.

### 3/5 — Fix the bugs

*2026-03-20, version 4.5.0*

Bluetooth has not been improved, it now disconnects every 5mins or so before reconnecting again. Also, it’s now no longer automatically uploading to Strava.

Please revert to previous version u til you fix the bugs introduced in this update.

### 1/5 — New Update

*2026-03-19, version 4.5.0*

App doesn’t work now after the latest update.
Been using this for many years without any problems. Tried using it tonight, kept asking me to reconnect, so didn’t work. Hope a new update will be coming soon to fix these problems!

### 1/5 — Unusable following latest update

*2026-03-19, version 4.5.0*

Since the last update the app is not usable. It constantly looses connection (even when cycling at 180-200 watts).
I have also lost the connection with Strava. I tried several bikes in the spin studio and have the same experience on all. I am using an iPhone 16 running the latest iOS. No one in my spin class now uses this app, which is a shame as most used to use it and compare stats etc

### 1/5 — Don’t update to v4.5

*2026-03-19, version 4.5.0*

Updated after app prompt. During spin class, regular disconnects and laggy updates makes it unusable. No longer updates Strava either. There were no problems with the previous version.

### 1/5 — Problems with new update

*2026-03-18, version 4.5.0*

Loses connection during workout numerous times and then fails to download the completed workout to the Strava app, as the saying goes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it 😡

### 1/5 — This update made Bluetooth connectivity sporatic

*2026-03-17, version 4.5.0*

In class this am anyone using the app with auto updates had the same connectivity problems. Not good!

### 1/5 — Fire the programmer

*2026-03-17, version 4.5.0*

The recent update made this unusable. It is constantly trying to reconnect during a workout. Like more than 100 times in a 45 minute session. It’s the older display. You should have tested this better. 3 people in the class had the same issue.

### 1/5 — New update useless!

*2026-03-17, version 4.5.0*

Just used, or tried to use, the new version of this app.
A complete disaster as it kept disconnecting.

### 1/5 — Update 4.5.0 Issues

*2026-03-17, version 4.5.0*

Update 4.5.0 causing constant disconnects and everything on the app display lags. Others in my spin class are experiencing the same issues on both Android and iOS.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bluetooth Non-Op

*2026-08-28, version 4.5.4*

I’ve been using my M3i since 2020 along with using the Keiser M series app. The does not work anymore. The app connects to the Bluetooth converter but no data is shown or recorded. This started in Aug 2026 after update. The bike works great but the software doesn’t. If you have an M3i I would recommend looking other apps or use your app watch.

### 1/5 — Strava pairing

*2026-07-17, version 4.5.4*

The Strava pairing is dropping again in every session. I link it up, it shows a green tick, but after the workout it doesn’t upload to Strava and the link now has a red cross. Having to upload manually 6-7 times a week is tiresome. I’d use another app but you don’t have open BLE

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-07-17, version 4.5.4*

Waiting on Keiser to resolve my ticket… waiting!!!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-07-04, version 4.5.4*

Will not let you register. Just spins

### 1/5 — Please fix the updates to Strava…

*2026-04-25, version 4.5.3*

I’ve been using the app for a few years and I’ve never had as many issues as I have had since the last update. It won’t upload anything for me anymore to Strava. Please fix this, or at least allow for a way to manually upload to Strava 🙏🏼

### 1/5 — Fix the bugs

*2026-04-21, version 4.5.3*

EDIT: now it won’t allow me to connect to Strava, despite taking me to its website to give permission for Keiser to access. What’s the point of taking the app offline just to create more bugs? Go back several steps to the version we’ve been using for a decade and worked perfectly well until recent attempts to “improve” it.

Bluetooth has not been improved, it now disconnects every 5mins or so before reconnecting again. Also, it’s now no longer automatically uploading to Strava.

Please revert to previous version until you fix the bugs introduced in this update.

### 1/5 — So broken

*2026-03-24, version 4.5.1*

i’ve been using this app for years without an issue and all of a sudden about a week ago after the update it suddenly loses connection continuously. It’s not just me, its everybody in the spin studio and every studio I go to. I know it’s been updated again a couple of days ago, but it’s still losing connection on a frequent basis.

### 1/5 — Still issues with latest update

*2026-03-24, version 4.5.1*

Still losing connection during workout numerous times, lags to changes with gears and effort, spoiling the activity as needed to keep an eye on it for it dropping out.

### 1/5 — Bugs in the app

*2026-03-24, version 4.5.1*

Bugs have appeared in the app!!

### 1/5 — The update is terrible

*2026-03-24, version 4.5.1*

Connectivity is loss during my workout- it is awful! NEVER had a connectivity issue until these last 2 updates! FIX IT!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great, but where’s the update for Studio?

*2026-01-16, version 4.4.0*

I love my Keiser bike and this app. I use it nearly every day.

The only problem with the app, and what keeps it from getting 5 stars is that they have not yet updated it for the m3i Studio, which has 72 gears vs 24. It would be a simple thing, I think, to have a toggle in the app (or have the app auto detect) for whether your bike has the 24 or the 72 gear config and then adjust its guided workout plans accordingly. I can divide by 3 in my head, sure, but why does the app make me do that when I’m working out? Do it for me.

Also, a killer feature would be to allow users to create custom workout plans. Let me define a workout and set my own interval lengths and target power levels, etc. Even better, let me import workouts from other apps like Strava!

First though, please update the app for your studio bikes.

### 5/5 — New to indoor cycling.

*2025-03-07, version 4.2.4*

At 55 years of age I don’t adapt quickly to change but nonetheless I embrace it! I record all of my activities on Strava. So when I entered my new gym and found a M Series bike (Keiser) on the floor I wasn’t sure on how to use this and record it to Strava. But a little research and persistence I navigated my way to a successful recording and export to Strava. GEEZ THAT WAS EASY! Thank you M Series for making this EASY!!

### 5/5 — Works with iPad!, please add FTP storage

*2023-03-28, version 4.2.4*

Love the app and the big. Very solid. One request, please store FTP history

### 5/5 — Heart monitor / sync issues

*2023-02-21, version 4.2.2*

I stopped wearing my heart monitor because I was getting false readings. When I don’t wear a heart monitor the app picks up others in my class . When using the app, by the end of my ride, the time is slightly off and the mileage is about .5 mileage behind the monitor attached to the bike. If the app is connecting using Bluetooth I would think the data on the app would agree to the bike.

### 5/5 — Good app. But not tracking along with the bike

*2023-01-30, version 4.1.3*

Great update to the app, sadly the app is always 0.5 out my bike states I have travelled further .. would be good to get this ironed out to have exact figures measures.

### 5/5 — Heart monitor / sync issues

### 5/5 — Much improved

*2022-10-31, version 4.0.9*

When I came to use my bike again after the summer I wondered where my app had gone but they have changed the logo! Anyway I am really pleased with the upgrade. Before when it was just numbers and no advance information I had to rely on notes I’d made myself but the new graphical display makes it much nicer to use. Plus so many more sessions to choose from. I find just peddling too boring so it’s great having such a variety of interval sessions. After being someone who commuted and trained in all weathers I have become a real softie in my old age plus coming down heavily on some mud, breaking several bones, a few years ago I am not too keen on riding in poor conditions anymore. With the improvements to the app I anticipate using my bike most days through the winter so will be much fitter for next spring.

### 5/5 — Great update!

*2022-09-27*

I’ve owned a M3i for almost two years and the previous app was “meh” — a bit clunky but got the job done. This refreshed app is a huge step forward. It’s easy to get the information you need at a glance during guided sessions (important when you’re in the pain cave!) and the progress bar on the top is nice to see. Would be nice to be able to swap views from watts to rpm for different focuses during workouts. Also, I’d love to be able to seamlessly sync to Garmin Connect at some point. Excellent work!

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2022-09-16, version 3.10.7*

Easy to use. Able to monitor with ease while spinning. Appears to be accurate when comparing with bike screen.

### 5/5 — Not working on iPhone 13Pro

*2022-01-28, version 3.10.7*

The time updates but gear/cadence/watts don’t update as you cycle. It updates about every 7-8 minutes! Using my old iPhone 11 again which is fine.
