It’s either a bug or some kind of phsycic devotion tactic. Now that I’ve given you a 5 star rating. Stop showing up..: honestly no one likes this app cause it’s an attendance marking time tracking app for employers to track us, the employees. So there it is. ### 5/5 — User Friendly and Smart! *2024-05-31* The problems with HR softwares is usually its implementation and not the software itself. We are an architectural design office of around 85 persons with lots of persons working off from the site and lot of them travel from office to sites. We found KEKA very easy to train people because of its evolved simplicity in the interface, and only asking the team member to do minimum, while providing the requisite data to monitor the attendance, leaves and also tracking the people working away from office. We have completed about 2 months of use and we are exploring and learning new helpful features very regularly. Biometric readers for punching in created stresses, where as with KEKA, we are able to successfully implement flexi timing for work at the office. Please focus more on stability and user experience rather than just adding new features. ### 1/5 — WORST & IRRITATING *2025-04-02* I have been forced to used this buggy app for last 8 months and till date there is not a single day where this app isn’t being a night mare for me. So many bugs and issue like after providing all the necessary locations related permission with precise tracking as well still it is not able to detect my correct location and this app is also a battery killer in so many ways. Keeps on tracking your location even when you have checked out, sneaking into your private life. ### 1/5 — Constant Freezing & Lag *2025-01-04* Every time I try to complete a simple task, it either lags or gets stuck, forcing me to restart it. I've tried reinstalling and updating, but nothing seems to fix the problem. It's incredibly frustrating, and honestly, a waste of time. Until the developers fix these performance issues. We would love to give you a seamless experience on our app. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Most buggy software *2024-01-26* Can’t log time, it says in time should be greater than current time and even if you select a greater time error still exists. In this speedy world , who has time to log as soon as they start work and log time off as soon as walk out. At cases people would go back a day and adjust time on what they did, which is not allowed in this. ### 1/5 — Login Issues *2023-05-26, version 2.10.14* Depsite having wifi and data on my mobile, application says “No Internet” after entering the login credentials. Pls fix this. ### 2/5 — Can’t login *2026-02-11* This app can’t send OTP to my email address. I have been suddenly logged out from the app and no matter how many times I try, I don’t get the OTP. Now my account is locked for 4 hrs. The website doesn’t have anything to send a feedback to or talk to someone. It’s like they just created this product then forgot. I’ve tried all the options but after getting and entered the OTP it keeps loading and not opening the home page. The loader stays forever. Please kindly help to resolve this as soon as possible. Never came across such thing. Please add this feature and I’ll give you a 5 star review right away. ### 3/5 — Not able to login *2025-08-29* For the past few weeks, the login has not been working on the app. I enter my organization email, followed by the password and captcha. After that, the app asks for an OTP sent to either my email or phone number. I have tried both options, one at a time, but after entering the OTP, it redirects me back to the login page with the error: “Unable to initiate login.” **Developer response:** Dear User, based on the details available, we couldn’t locate your details in our system.
