This happened to me and my husband. I need my money back!!! You guys have lost a customer and I will tell my family and friends to stop using your app ### 1/5 — Worst ever experience *2023-01-19* 1. The international number never connects 2. Support sent an email saying they fixed the issue - since then I can’t even login in the account, it is asking to contact support. There is no chat or phone option, so you have to send an email and wait 3. Referral program seems a scam - referred someone who added deposit, but no referral visible in my account. Worst ever customer experience. Contacting the customer support hasn’t helped in any way. More like a scam. I have not used this app for 3 months and they have ripped $10 every month and it’s going on since last three months. Seems like there’s no way to get rid of this mess. !!NEW USERS, BEWARE OF THIS APP.
