This app is a piece of crap. Even with issues of magazines already downloaded it appears the app is looking for a Wi-Fi or cellular signal because it hangs at the opening screen with “Loading app info…” So if you are on a flight and would like to browse the magazines you are out of luck. Yesterday the app hung at the above state even with my home Wi-Fi. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and now guess what, all the previously downloaded magazine issues have to be downloaded again. I wonder if anyone at KelbyOne is even looking at these reviews as nothing seems to happen even with all the negative reviews. ### 1/5 — Just isn’t Reliable *2021-05-18, version 2.1* Back to the same old nonsense of loading content. I’ve delete the app, re-installed, tried everything else to make it work. Piece of junk. And since it is the primary way to get the magazine from Kelby, it really needs attention. This needs to get fixed correctly. Think I’ll probably just cancel my membership when it comes due again. Sad, as I’ve been Kelby One member for 15+ years, but I’m not going to keep paying for this crap. ### 1/5 — Stuck on Loading Content *2021-02-25, version 2.1* Installed yesterday and worked fine. But I didn’t download any magazines. Today, the app is stuck on “loading content.” A no stall, reinstall, no joy. The app constantly crashes. If I am reading a magazine edition and wish to stop for a while and resume my session, it will does not open to where I left off. It. Just. Crashes. If I try to use the Table of Contents to get back to the page I was reading, the table of contents does not close and The. App. Just. Crashes. If I try to use the thumbnails at the bottom to locate a page I wish to read, the screen turns white and then The. App. Just. Crashes. The app forces me to scroll through 20-30-50 pages to get to where I wish to resume reading. I’ve been a loyal member for many years and it aggravates the devil out of me that you would subject your customers to such a poor app. iPad 1474 64 GB with 30 GB free. They try to push large magazine files into a weak app. They have reduces the two supported mags to one so you would think it would help. Finally a great app, I can really enjoy reading your mags now. It is amazing. ### 2/5 — Once was good..now it’s useless *2020-11-06, version 2.07* I have used this app with great success but in the last few months it refuses to download or open any magazines. I can’t view anything live or off line. There isn’t even a place to confirm my account; which I suspect is part of the issue. Please fix this application because I do enjoy reading off line. I miss the physical magazine that didn't’ require more computer screen time, but I understand the cost savings using this technology. ### 2/5 — Crashes *2019-06-30, version 2.07* Recently when I open the app, it will crash over and over again. If I reboot my iPad Pro, then it will open quickly and full and function perfectly, until I try to use it again 6 to 8 hours or more, then I have to reboot again.
