Es gibt u.a. verschiedene Live-Kurse, welche man buchen kann (z.B. zum Thema Stillen, Babybauch-Workout, Hypnobirthing…) und sogar einen Geburtsvorbereitungskurs, den man ganz entspannt selbst erkunden kann (verschiedene Videos, Übungen, Artikel, Postcards..). Man kann mit Hebammen Kontakt aufnehmen, wenn man Fragen hat oder Anliegen. Es gibt so viel zu erkunden und man fühlt sich richtig unterstützt während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit, es gibt sogar ein Rückbildungskurs.
