## What is Kelimece?

Swipe the letters, find the word — you have 2.5 minutes.

Kelimece turns classic word hunting into synchronized 2.5-minute rounds where everyone plays the SAME board at the SAME time. Round ends, a 15-second breather, a fresh board arrives. Time is equal for all; your vocabulary makes the difference.

HOW TO PLAY

• Drag your finger across neighboring letters on a 5×5 (25-tile) board
• Real words score: letter points × multipliers + length bonus
• Golden letters and purple word tiles multiply your score
• See EVERY word on the board after each round — yours in green; tap any word to learn its meaning
• Share your emoji grid and challenge friends

• Your stats are safe now: delete and reinstall the app and your streak, records, achievements and player name all come back.
• We no longer ask for your name or show "How to play" twice — we remember you.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-08

• Weekly Tournament is here: your best round score of the week goes on the board, and everyone starts fresh on Monday morning.
• Jump into the tournament from the home screen — the countdown shows how long is left.
• Tournament links now open the app straight on the tournament screen.
• NEW reminders: a nudge when a new week starts and when your streak is at risk. You can turn them off in Settings.

• Achievements are here: collect word, streak, round and explorer badges across three tiers.
• The monthly champion now wears a crown next to their name, with the number of titles won.
• Ties no longer confuse the leaderboard: on equal scores the earlier finish ranks higher, and ranks never skip.
• You can see your own rank after a round even if you finish outside the top 10.
• Monthly and weekly leaderboards are now aligned and refresh on the same day.
• The end-of-round word list loads in pages, and rotating the board has a soft whoosh.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-01

• A fresh look: home screen, game board and leaderboard redesigned — the top three now stand on a podium.
• Lost your daily streak? Watch a short ad to keep it alive.
• Much bigger vocabulary: inflected forms are now accepted and the dictionary grew from 160k to 616k words.
• 2× and 3× bonuses now land on cells you can actually reach, and the word multiplier finally pays what it should.
