## What is Kellno?

Planvo is a mobile workforce management app built specifically for restaurant operations in Germany. It gives managers a single place to build weekly shift schedules, track attendance, manage leave, and stay compliant with German labor law — all from their phone.

FOR MANAGERS
- Build weekly shift schedules with an easy drag-free grid
- Publish shifts instantly — staff are notified in real time
- Track who is working with GPS-verified check-in and check-out
- Review and approve leave and wish-free-day requests
- See live attendance: who is in, who is missing, who is late
- Get automatic warnings for German labor law (ArbZG) — break rules, rest periods, and overtime
- Manage your team — add staff, set positions, and track hours
- Export attendance data for payroll

FOR EMPLOYEES
- See your schedule the moment it's published
- Clock in and out with GPS confirmation
- Track your breaks
- Submit leave and wish-free-day requests
- Set your weekly availability
- Monitor your hours and vacation balance

BUILT FOR GERMANY
- German and English — switch anytime
- Aware of German labor law: break requirements, 11-hour rest periods, and daily maximums
- Designed for Werkstudenten with weekly hour tracking

INVITE-ONLY & SECURE
No open sign-up. Managers join with an invite code, and employees are added by their manager. Your data stays private.
