One ALLOW PUNCTUATION when communicating through the app. How unprofessional is it to send a message where it’s full of gaps and half words. If I decline to post early a deposit don’t keep asking each time I log in. I know it’s there and how to post it early if I change my mind. I’d rate higher but the punctuation is a big hit in my opinion. ### 3/5 — Menus hinder navigation, circle back to loan options *2019-01-26* menus a disaster, do not suit my routine needs, basically default to "do you want a loan?" ### 3/5 — Better but... *2018-06-23* Reduce steps for authentication like 99% of other apps. Mobile deposit is down a lot, which is not convenient for individual s not near a shared credit union. ### 3/5 — Better but needs Touch/Face ID support. *2017-12-05* App just got an update and it looks great! Its faster and looks way better than the previous update. I still wish they would add support for Touch/Face ID for logging in. ### 4/5 — Great App But *2016-08-24* This app does exactly what I need it to do. However it would truly benefit from an update. The formatting is large and bulky on the iPhone 6s. The keyboard is the older style and the font is much larger than it needs to be. It gets the job done but isn't visually appealing. Nice description in the what's new section. Just says New Version. No matter what day of the week it is. So your account balance is ALWAYS wrong. At least for me. I have no idea why as I never had any issues with my old bank. If you opt in for overdraft protection you can’t overdraft (it will decline payment) but it will charge your account just for trying. Which is not usually what overdraft protection means. If you are short with opted out of overdraft protection it will hold your money for a few days and obviously it will decline the payment. I’ve had multiple times transactions just don’t go through because of idiotic things. Like it red flagged the gas station like 3 times on my account. This bank (credit union) is a joke. ### 1/5 — Fix this app. It’s a waste. It just spins ! *2025-03-22* It just spins and spins endlessly, trying to log out after a session, before you can log in again. I always must restart the phone to reset everything for it to launch properly. This is the only app in the world that someone has to restart the phone in order to get it working. Fix the launching process. ### 1/5 — How do I add a card so I can make payments *2024-08-18, version 6.0.15* This is literally the worst online paying off loan app I have ever came across. I have no way to transfer my money onto their banking app so I can pay off my car loan. I’m not understanding how I’m supposed to pay my car loan if you guys made it impossible to add a card.on I’m not about to lose my car because you guys can’t figure out how to properly make an app and then and audacity to slap on a $15 fee 😤 absolutely ridiculous ### 1/5 — Difficult *2024-02-16* Can access my account with my PIN number or with face authentication. ### 1/5 — Can’t deposit a check *2024-01-18* I’ve spent over two hours today trying to deposit a check whilst out of state and I’ve been unable to do so. When I click deposit, I get the spinning wheel which freezes after a couple of seconds, and then a few seconds later the entire app closes down, and I have to reopen it and sign back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, changing the password, using a different phone, and nothing works. I have spoken to a lovely woman at KCCU who is going to let somebody know that there’s a glitch, at least with the iOS. I hope they get it sorted soon. ### 1/5 — ACH payday transactions *2023-12-01* Sometimes it will take hours for my payday check to post on Fridays. I feel like they are trying to get me to pay the $5 fee to post early. Very frustrating when I just want to get breakfast in the morning. ### 1/5 — Terrible. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS NOW. *2023-04-26* I have it set up for face recognition but every so often the app completely logs me out. I have the password wrote down but when I try to put it in to log in it says my password is wrong. Had to change my password 15 times last year and already had to change it 4 times this year and Its only April. Shouldn't be getting logged out this often and have to change my password this many time. I don't have this kind of problem with any other apps. Just this stupid app. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS NOW. the security questions are a joke. I even answer them and it doesn't acknowledge its my account. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2021-11-09* Trash, I wish I could just close my accounts. Now that I moved from the area banking with Kellogg is terrible. I might change banks No one likes it.
