Let me look at it directly without needing to do other stuff. But, I deleted my Facebook a few months ago, and since I did...the app won’t let me even get to the menu screen without connecting a FB account. Every time I try to place an order it says that there is an error and to call the restaurant. You call them and they say there’s nothing they can do. I’ve tried different accounts, payment methods,devices, and even different locations, same result. It seems that this has been going on for years and they have never bothered to fix it. There’s no point in having the app if it cannot fulfill the one thing it’s supposed to do. ### 1/5 — Kelsey’s App *2025-07-31, version 7.0.9* You need to fix your app, it consistently says “oops something’s gone wrong on our end please call the restaurant” when trying to check out. Doesn’t matter what time I try and use the app, it just never goes through. It would be cool to use the app instead of calling everytime I want to place a take out order. Always an error and says to contact the store. ### 1/5 — Piece of Crap *2021-02-13, version 1.1.6* We have tried to order food from Kelseys and their sister restaurant SwissChalet. Downloaded their respective apps from the apple store. Each time we place the order it declines our card. Our card has a zero balance so that is not the issue. We called the card issuer and they tell us when it is submitted it is approved by the card issuer and then reversed at Cara (the parent company of both restaurants). We are trying to support our local restaurants but they sure made it impossible to do. It is so easy for me to order my fish and chips from Kelsey’s and to apply my CAA discount. She is always smiling, laughing and interacting with her customers. While we were there it was pretty steady and I noticed how she can most definitely multitask many things and tables and still made sure we had our food in a timely manor and also our drinks. When I go to add my payment, I get a message to call the restaurant because something went wrong. All of my cards are saved on the app, so I don’t know what the problem is. I end up placing my order over the phone and then have go in to pay…which with Covid we are trying to avoid. There is no problem paying with my credit card at the restaurant, so why online? I ENJOY THE FOOD, BUT HATE THE APP!!!
