But with this I have found the answer - room temperature can be so different but with this you can get the wine to its ideal temperature and once you are able to do that it makes a massive difference! The app is easy to use and the thermometer is the best thing I have bought in ages. From the get go the instructions are easy to follow and the app guides you through the short and swift process of linking your K2 to your iPhone, although iPad access is coming soon *fingers crossed*. Not knowing a lot about wine, the Kelvin K2 doesn't just record the temperature of your wine but also offers a range of knowledge varying from what food to pair your chosen drink with to the shape of glass that should be used for the optimum experience. Drinking a Burgundy at 12c rather than 5c from the fridge is massive. As the wine maker would have wanted you to drink it. Huge difference to reds too, I was always drinking to warm eg room temperature but my home is too warm and they needed to be 16-18c Use everyday. Genuinely a 🔝🔝🔝wine product.
