Well done Joe. Restored my faith in humanity!👍 ### 5/5 — Upgraded to 5* *2024-09-09, version 34.6.18* This app was so helpful. But when an update came in, we lost it altogether! It seemed someone had invoked: treat us mean, keep us keen. So relived it has come back. Back to planning 20 mins to follow a taxi picking us up in the shire. Cars always arrive promptly and are pleasant to be in, if it is busy and they don’t have cars outside of ek they will phone to say so, so you can make alternative arrangements ### 1/5 — Disgraceful *2021-05-13, version 33.2.5* Kelvin used to be brilliant... now it’s just full of cheeky operators with zero communication skills, don’t try pay with card if not booked with the app as the drivers will swear and shout at you. List of faults with this “company” goes on. Also make sure you stand at your window as soon as you book as they don’t notify when the car arrives. I’ve used it twice in the last week. 1st time it said my car had been cancelled, when I went back to check the status. It did not pop up or msg me a warning though. Both times it failed to confirm the booking, tell me when a car was on its way etc. Also, if you are getting off a train & want a taxi there, note that they won’t even try to allocate a car til the time you say the train is due. Very strange they are prepared to pay for an app then not chase the app provider when customers cannot use it to book a cab. Forces to use competitors. No wonder Uber are so successful. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even allow me to login, terrible app! *2024-02-04, version 33.6.18* I have changed my password and the app will not allow me to login. Terrible app that doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Pre-authorised payments are ridiculous. *2023-11-12, version 33.6.18* I’m quoted as having to pay less than £13 for my fare so why does the app take almost £20 from my bank within seconds for a “pre-authorised payment”? But though I realise this and decide to cancel the booking within 10 seconds, it still takes 5-10 business days to get my refund into my bank account. This is a scam, total robbery. I understand that this method is to take into account that there may be diversions which would increase the fare cost, but 9 times out of 10, my fare only costs more because the taxi driver has ignored my instruction that I have had plenty of other drivers follow and then decided to take a longer route that forces us to make a giant circle around local area to get into my street which forces me to pay more. Enough is enough. This was in the middle of the afternoon as well, it’s not as if it was crazy early in the morning where there’s no drivers.
