I constantly have to delete and reinstall it multiple times a month and reset everything just to get it working again.” ### 3/5 — Profile picture is not uploading *2024-09-11, version 4014.0.4* 09/10/24 -Using your new app. In profile you let edit the image and to upload new picture selected from photo library. When I select one and click on done, nothing happens and new picture is not uploaded. ### 3/5 — kemba app needs improvement *2024-03-11, version 4.37.147* Most of the time when I attempt to sign on to the app, biometrics are gone and have to use password to sign on and restart biometrics. I have a problem remembering passwords ### 3/5 — TruPartner Debit Card *2023-05-01* I went through the drive through at Kemba to withdraw money from my TruPartner acct to put it in my checking account at Kemba; withdrew the cash and inadvertently left my TruPartner debit card in the machine. When I realized it, I contacted Kemba to see if they had found the card. The representative indicated that they did find the card but shredded it because it was not their card (which I didn’t understand because CLEARLY they could’ve checked the name on the card to determine that I had an account with them) and telephoned me accordingly! I keep getting bumped off, before I can finish the application. ### 3/5 — Slow to update accounts *2022-01-16, version 4.37.147* Why does it take 2-3 days for transcription to appear? ### 5/5 — Best credit union ever *2022-01-07* I got first introduced to Kemba when I first moved here in 2015 and they gave me a second chance because I had issues from a previous bank in MN and they worked with me. I have been with them ever since and now I recommend them to anyone who wants to leave the bank industry cause the credit union treats you like family. ### 5/5 — Love Kemba credit Union. Customer service is great. ### 1/5 — Had to give 1 star for archaic platform *2021-10-12* You cannot set up payment from another bank or use the app to make your auto payment. It also charged me $33 when one of my banks was doing the “ pre note” which is how banks test the accuracy of the information. Wow! I caught it, many probably don’t. Not good business and I won’t be using the app as this is why I downloaded it. This is 2021 Kemba. Randomly logged out, runs poorly, and there is no smooth transition between menus. ### 1/5 — Poor mobile deposit *2025-01-01* This new version app doesn’t work with mobile deposit. After following the steps and taking the appropriate front and back check pictures, it displays an error message, “something went wrong”. With the previous version I always did mobile deposits with no issues. I have never gotten this version to work. It would also be nice to know if it listed what went wrong g so I can make corrections and try again. Very, very frustrating! I’ll be making another trip to the bank. ### 1/5 — The new app and website is bad *2024-12-06* I’ve had many many accounts with Kemba for decades, my struggles with the new formats have me closing all of my Kemba accounts and looking for a new home. The app is a bit glitchy sometimes and doesn’t allow you to do everything you can online but it’s nice to just be able to log in and view everything right away.
