Don’t get this app and go to your local Adriana’s insurance to pay. I also recommend to complain to them as this has become so unprofessional. They need to fix this app because people rely on this app to pay their bills and then they end up with a late fee. Now a days there’s a fee for everything and they’re just trying to pock money out of people because they fee to even pay your bill. Always make sure to pay 3 days before so that if this app does not work you have time to go in person and complain and pay there. ### 1/5 — App is *2024-09-08* The App does not match the preview pictures in the App Store. This App is now difficult to use. There is no Home Screen. It does not tell you when your payment is due. It keeps asking you to sign in over and over. Do you listen to your customers? Some critics and complaints have been raised by customers for over a year and not a small change has been made. This is so deceiving! So I can not access the full account, all I can do is do quick pay . I am trying to print a new proof of insurance and can not make it past the log in . After the last update it has not worked at all . I have called for help and it still will not let me into my account. Says I already have an account then says I don’t . I hate it. ### 1/5 — Y *2023-12-17, version 23.8.1* Why did you have it stop working lol ### 1/5 — Just turn around don’t do it! *2023-12-07, version 23.8.1* Not good to their customers 4+ years of good driving and no accidents paid on time and one time I go through some financial problems and death of a family member the same time you would think that they would have compassion or understanding they (Kemper Auto) would not give me some more time to pay after explaining in numerous emails what was going on and why I was gonna have a hard time paying my insurance this time but would make sure I did pay it sooner than later,not only did they cut me off but reported it immediately to the dmv without even calling me or letting me know and had my registration suspended . I eventually had to pay a 470.00 penalty fee due to no proof of insurance and didn’t even know anything till I received a letter from dmv stated I was cut off insurance and not only that the letter came almost a month from the date Kemper decided to cut my insurance so that made that penalty I knew nothing about started to accumulate . Thats just horrible not only I have no insurance but had to pay the penalty and turn in my plates n registration and pay for my car to be in a lot now because I can’t leave a car on the streets without plates and registration and insurance. I didn’t deserve that and to not have a job at the moment during the holiday season having a family and telling your kids that you have no car to drive them to school is just awful to do that to your customers. Shame on you Kemper. ### 1/5 — Do not download the app *2023-12-06, version 23.8.1* So far, haven’t had an issue with my policy. However, the app is ATROCIOUS. Don’t even bother trying to download it. CROOKS! *2025-08-12* I put my commercial auto insurance on auto pay. My payments are $180 a month. 3 months ago they charge me over $600. Last month they charged me over $400. Today they charge me over $200. Today was the first day I caught the problems for the past 3 months. They settled on refunding me $300 which is clearly not enough. After getting off the phone with them they CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $300!!! They’re literally draining my bank account right now. Do not get this scam of insurance. My debit card was valid and there was enough money for the payment. I tried to log in to Kemper account to make the payment manually. I tried many times, but couldn’t log in to my account, I was not even able to do a quick payment. So what do I need to do now???
