when will you fix your app? its been giving the error no internet for a couple months now. I cannot properly manage my health plan and shouldn’t have to use the website.

I am trying to get connected to the app for my kids’ insurance and the app keeps giving me an error “No Internet Connection”. How can this be???

It used to work then all of sudden nothing, just locks and never opens. I’ve deleted it off my phone several times then redownload it and same thing for the last 3 days. The kppfree app works but I can’t get the information I need from it.
