Wanted to order the coffee through the app for the first time and tried 7 times to used the welcome voucher for the purchase. All 7 times didn’t pass through. Transaction only pass through when used without vouchers. Please learn from other coffee chain to make a proper working app.

And there no way to cancel order if i want to change from hot to cold. I asked the store person in charge and they said this problem always occur.
