And this is the best you can do? I am actively losing money because of the notifications problems the app is having. TIME TO GET THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO WORK. Right now your product is bad. You know it, we know it. Features they claim to offer but then they don’t work. Then you try and get help and they ignore you for weeks on end. Total garbage! ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-10-19* This app constantly freezes up, takes forever for a message to send, doesn’t always tell me when I get a response (even though I have all notifications on), and numerous times a day when you click on the bubble to type your message, the whole keyboard will go down. Click again, it goes up. Click again to type, back down again. Ridiculous. I’m on the latest update, and nothing I can do to fix these problems besides waiting for you guys to figure out your own bugs. ### 1/5 — Unusable on iPhone 15 Pro Max. *2023-09-25* The dynamic island being lower has lowered the tent input box to be unreachable. I can only see the edge. Unable to type message in the app now. Please fix as soon as possible. The response times are much faster, there’s no lost or deleted communications, information if easily shared to the correct departments. And it keeps us from having to use our personal phones.
