Please bring it back. Functional now but still buggy as hell. Update: app is completely bricked now after doing another cycle of deleting & reloading. Can’t log in to my current account OR make a new one. Doesn’t appear to be any remaining app support either. Used to be great, but took a nose dive this year. Every few weeks the app forgets my A/C exists, then forgets that my account exists. Then I have to delete, reload, re-add my account, and then re-add my A/C unit. ### 2/5 — App No Longer Works on iPhone *2026-07-18, version 4.5.7* App stopped working this week. For the past few years, the same pattern repeats: at the start of the season, the app only shows a spinning loading circle. It eventually starts working around June, then stops again in July—and that’s exactly what’s happening now. The whole point of a smart A/C is being able to check and control it when I’m away from home, but I can’t rely on the app to do that. I would love to see Kenmore make this app dependable. It worked okay. A few glitches each spring when I started using it for the season but no big deal. This year it was working fine and then a few days ago the app wouldn’t open. I understand. It happens with many apps from time to time. Delete the app, reinstall, log back in and all is good. But not in this case. I reinstalled the app but can’t log in. So I figured I’d create a new login. No go. It won’t allow that either. I just get a “there was a problem…, blah,blah,blah. Since I cant get the app to open, I can’t get to tech support. Can’t even get to a page where there might be a phone number.
