Now it wants full access. Why? ### 1/5 — App is Useless *2022-02-02* UX/UI design needs to be updated badly. Terrible app, why suggest new and existing members to get this app when you can’t make any reservations, see classes, or anything. Use MINDBODY or something that knows what they are doing. The UI is clunky and I am unable to make reservations for my morning swims through it even though that is the only way I can. Someone doesn’t always answer the phone at 5am when I need to make the reservation for my morning swim. The old app was a million times better.
