Previously the app only required “Add Events Only” calendar permission. Now it wants full access. Why?

UX/UI design needs to be updated badly. Terrible app, why suggest new and existing members to get this app when you can’t make any reservations, see classes, or anything. Use MINDBODY or something that knows what they are doing. Will not be a member if I can’t even schedule classes or anything.

I haven’t been able to schedule any group exercise classes at the SLO location, because the classes for the SLO location in the app never show up as if they are not taking place. Anybody know why???

This new app is horrible. The UI is clunky and I am unable to make reservations for my morning swims through it even though that is the only way I can. Someone doesn’t always answer the phone at 5am when I need to make the reservation for my morning swim. The old app was a million times better. Hoping Kennedy drops this poor excuse for an app and goes back to the old one.
