So annoying. ### 1/5 — . *2025-11-01, version 24.1.1* I use your app to order car washes, but the app is misleading people — just like your manager with this phone number ‪+971 54 584 2159‬. I ordered a wash for a minivan, and the app showed the price for an exterior and interior wash as 57.75 AED. Then the manager messaged me saying they wouldn’t wash it for that price and that it would cost 200 AED instead. This is insane — such a huge difference in price! Your manager is a liar. ### 1/5 — Non professional service and attitude *2025-04-04, version 24.1.1* I booked to wash 3 cars full wash ( in and out) and order got accepted for the day after Then in the next day they texted me saying that we will not do the service because they dont cover my territory I understand that if it was a one car order or an order for exterior wash and no more orders, but to book 3 cars to be washed and you dont consider the service. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again from the App Store but the same issue persists. I am unable to proceed with placing any order or setting my location as this pop up keeps appearing on every screen, and there no option to dismiss it, only option is to to go the App Store. ### 3/5 — App is crashing! *2021-11-04, version 24.1.1* Hi Developer - the app keeps sending a pop up that a newer version is available, but I am already using the latest version on App Store. I was very pleased up until my subscription was cancelled with no warning and my next wash was charged at premium price despite showing 0AED at checkout. Customer service was non existent, I received a call a week after I made my complaint and was promised a call back which never happened.
