Thanks developers. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No good *2018-10-18* Not worth playing ### 1/5 — Not much to play with *2018-01-31* First off, this game gives you basically 5 plays of free play, then asks you to pay for play or watch a video for 1 bet of 1 for two cards..this is stupid. ### 1/5 — 226 perfect 5 star ratings? *2017-12-18, version 2.2* I’ve played video keno for 20 years in Las Vegas on machines running this “version” of 4-card keno. I’ve never seen a tighter game and a more unforgiving pay-table. The two of them combine to make it necessary to buy credits with the in-app purchases, or you will only get a couple credits a day in loyalty play bonuses, and only if you are running the minimum $100/credit level. You’ll go through that fast. 2 1/2 credits to watch the videos, a couple on the 4hr free spin, of all of the 24hr free spins I’ve done, i got 70k the first time for 700 $100 credits, and the rest are of the 250 (2.5c) or 750 (7.5c). I even went so far to buy a bunch of credits to run the game through thousands of hands, various combinations of #spots and patterns that never failed with the machines in the casinos I played. All in all, not worth a 5-Star rating. It’s not particularly deserving of a one-star, to be honest, it’s more of an attention getter, but with the issues, it would otherwise rate at least a 2-star, maybe 3, if you could ignore the rest. To the developer, I would suggest a pay version of the game that gives a better pay scale than this free one, and a better free daily/hourly credits to loyal players. To the player, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you see an update to answer the points I made. It’s a shame, really, I love 4-card keno. Made a nice living with them when I lived in Vegas, one of the biggest things I miss from not living there anymore. ### 1/5 — They had me, but lost me. *2017-02-24* I was a loyal app user, I played the game all the time and spent quite a bit of money on extra coins. However my last purchase, I bought the VIP package for $9.99 which entitled me to $200,000 in coins per day for 7 days. I received the first $200,000 as soon as the purchase went through. I went back the following night to claim my next $200,000, and it was as if I never made the purchase. I have written several emails to the support section on the app and have yet to receive a response. I'm not happy with this at all, this is unacceptable! ### 1/5 — Money grab *2017-01-22* The only reason I gave this a 1-star is because the graphics are good. This game wants too much money for fake coins to play. I paid $10, nothing of any significance hit, the $10 was gone in 10-minutes. I paid $20, it lasted about 1/2 hour. I live in Vegas and play Keno regularly, this game is actually stiffer than real Keno machines. $30 into it, I'm not impressed at all. This game doesn't relieve stress, it produces anger from the numbers constantly avoiding what you mark. My advice, you guys need to loosen it up a bit. It's not Vegas, a player has no chance to win any real money, let them play a little besides waiting a day to get a free 5 games to try to hit anything significant to keep playing. I'd give it a higher mark if you weren't so greedy. Instead, you get this review, and I'm deleting. Think of the long term, not the short, and you'll make more money. ### 1/5 — Game crashes *2016-07-11* This is a fun game - totally enjoyed playing it until I played 5 numbers and won all 5. Then the game put my winnings (and previous winnings) into the negative. You can not Email support or contact anyone as that section just says invalid entry. So play it, BUT don't hope to win. Once you do, you can't play any more until you buy yourself enough to get out of the whole. Watching video's to get out of the hole would just take way too long ### 2/5 — Must bet high Denom!? *2018-11-29* So I thought I’d give this keno thing a try. After choosing some numbers in four card keno, I got to play a total of five minutes. They didn’t start me with many credits, and it made me bet like 1500 per card. Once I realized that I could change my bet to $100 per hand (still way too much), I was done.
