Just downloaded it and it won’t open, it just keeps crashing and it needs work. Hopefully it will be fixed soon

I would have to say at least 70% of the time the app does not work. Better off calling the facility then depending on something that is glitchy and not updated.
UPDATE: now the times shown are also outdated and when you call the facility they will tell you oh well and refuse to update the app and say it is your fault/ problem for trusting what they have posted lol.
