This app has been super convenient for logging my workouts and tracking progress. I love how easy it is to see my weekly volume for each muscle group, which I always had trouble keeping track of with other apps. The AI coach has also been a big help! I told it what split I wanted to run, the exercises I wanted to use, and roughly how much volume I wanted, and it built a program for me.

During my workouts I can see exactly what weight and reps I did last time, log RPE for each set, and use the built-in rest timer all in one spot. Makes it much easier to keep track of everything!

The app recommend a push, pull, legs program that was just right for me. The logger is also really polished and makes it fast to enter my weights without spending too much time in the app during a workout

The analytics are interesting and provide helpful insights into where I can make adjustments to my routine.
