The mixer was kept at the KENT service centre for 5 months, and even after that it was returned without being repaired. Even after keeping it for such a long time, the problem was not solved. Moreover, the mixer had scratches and marks on it, even though it was given for service. Not getting proper service even after making the customer wait for so many months is very disappointing. More than the product quality, I am very disappointed with KENT’s after-sales service and customer support. I am not at all satisfied with this experience. Bad Service Product liya tha, lekin service experience bahut hi disappointing raha. Staff/customer service se proper response nahi mila aur problem solve karne mein bhi koi seriousness nahi dikhayi gayi. Product kharidne ke baad customer support milna bahut important hota hai, lekin yahan service bilkul satisfactory nahi lagi. KENT se itni kharab service ki umeed nahi thi. Main apne experience ke basis par is service se bilkul satisfied nahi hoon. Very Bad Service Experience Maine KENT ka mixer liya tha, lekin service ka experience bahut hi kharab raha. Mixer ko 5 mahine tak KENT ke service centre par rakhne ke baad bhi bina repair kiye waise hi wapas kar diya gaya. Itna time rakhne ke baad bhi problem solve nahi hui. Upar se mixer par scratch aur marks bhi aa gaye, jabki product service ke liye diya tha. Customer ko itne mahine wait karwane ke baad bhi proper service na milna bahut disappointing hai. Product ki quality se zyada mujhe KENT ki after-sales service aur customer support se bahut nirasha hui. Main is experience se bilkul satisfied nahi hoon. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Product and Service *2026-07-06* Extremely disappointed with Kent RO. The company claims the filters have a 1-year lifespan, and surprisingly they stop working almost exactly after one year. For a purifier that costs ₹14,000, spending another ₹7,500 every year on maintenance and filter replacement is completely unreasonable. This feels less like product reliability and more like a business model built around expensive annual servicing. I expected durability and value for money, but this has been the opposite. I will not be continuing with Kent RO and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a cost-effective water purifier. ### 1/5 — Fraud customer service visits *2026-03-15* I booked an appointment from authorised customer care number for service visit. I get a call from customer support team, they ask me about details and everything, and confirm that they will send a guy. I get another call from a guy who says he is calling from kent for time confirmation. The person who came in do the services replaces the parts and everything and then when they give the bill it’s mot from kent ro. It’s from Water Health care (laxmi nagar). If this kind of fraud is happening then how come management doesn’t know about it or not taking any actions? ### 1/5 — A Complete Disappointment – Kent Service App is a Joke *2025-07-02* I honestly don’t know what this app is supposed to do. If it can’t help in real life when there’s an actual problem, what’s the use? Maybe it’s just there to look fancy on your phone. Sometimes I wonder if Kent and this app are now run by some government office. The attitude is clear: “You have a problem? That’s your problem, not ours.” Technicians don’t answer calls. Customer care just puts you on hold forever—as if we have nothing else to do in life. Is this a service app or some kind of prank? Because it surely feels like a joke. Dear Kent, if this is your idea of customer service, you’ve nailed it—worst service ever. Thanks for the experience I never asked for. ### 1/5 — Fraud service by kent *2024-12-07* I am using a Kent RO system. On 3rd May 2024, I made a service request through Kent’s toll-free number. Kent deputed a service engineer from VS Enterprises, Patna, to repair the system. The service engineer replaced the motor and filter, costing ₹7,150. However, errors started appearing repeatedly after the repair. Later, another service engineer from Kent informed me that incorrect wiring had been done by the previous engineer. Now, on 7th December 2024, the error message “No Mineral in Water” appeared. I requested a service engineer from Kent to check the issue. The engineer visited and informed me that there was a leakage in the motor and that the motor needed to be replaced at a cost of ₹2,850. Additionally, I was told that the motor was out of warranty as it was 5 months old. It appears that VS Enterprises either installed a defective motor or their service engineer made a wrong connection. A motor cannot require replacement every 5 months. It seems Kent is deputing fraudulent service engineers or supplying defective parts. The only apparent purpose of Kent’s service is to extract money from customers, charging at least ₹7,000 during every service visit. Fraud service by kent ### 1/5 — Pathetic and Money Leaching Service *2024-11-03* Have been stuck in Kent and my yearly service cost to own this peice of RO is in the range from 7-8K. Their maintenance has put more burden than actual product. What I noticed is that whenever your marchine is out of service and you call engineer if you opt for AMC then nothing happens for months and you have to call them to get periodic service done, but but when you don’t go for AMC the product will start showing defected w.r.t electric parts or low water pressure. I strongly feel they are bunch of cheaters packed nicely in Kent Service dress. ### 1/5 — Worst after sales service I have ever seen *2024-08-17* I wish I could give zero star to them. They do not care about giving after sales service. My RO stopped working four days ago and I raised a service request. Four days have passed and till now nobody reached out to me and I didn’t receive any message of engineer being assigned to my request. I called almost forty times to their number and half of the time it just gets disconnected. Once I got hold of a representative she said that your case has assigned and when I told her that no engineer has reached out to me for that. Listening to this she said sir we can’t do anything on it you can write an email. What the Hell!!!! This is the response they have provided. Please beware of this brand. They do not have any after sales service at all ### 1/5 — Froud service person Kent *2024-08-15* 22 April 2024 came 1 person from Kent and do filter change taken 4600 now today again 1 request services I do , so 1 person come and told filter not work after 3 month that old person last time old filter installed now pay 5400 ,all doing Froud Kent service ,I do this complain ciber crime and all social media put aganest Kent water service ,how doing Froud for people never expect from Kent Kent doing Froud now taken money tell filter not work every 3 month pay 5k-6k more money ,Froud Kent Now not leave I started social media all platforms I tell no body take Kent water purifier , doing Froud Kent Chor all service person from Kent ### 1/5 — After sales service is a big big fraud *2023-11-30* After sales service is a big big fraud, I am sure it cannot be done without the knowledge of OEM. Their modus is very clever. You register your service request with Kent Official website, their genuine service engineer will come, visit and assess, and will humongous estimate, and then will tempt into AMC nexus. He will say another engineer will come to fix and provide the AMC. Now, here you have very swiftly been sucked into a parallel fraud service nexus from Kent's genuine service network. Some engineer will come (from Safe Water Solutions of Laxmi Nagar), will fix up your RO, and will give you AMC receipt and take money. Once you get the receipt you will realise this is not a Kent receipt, but he will convince you that its Kent's authorized service center. You will start dealing with this new service center now. Everything will work fine till the time your RO is working fine. Then after couple of services, when you need a part replacement etc., you will start seeing lethargy in their response, they stop picking your calls. Then you again call 'Kent OEM service', engineer will visit you and say all your RO parts are local, and that you do not have a Kent AMC. And then what you are left with is - an AMC receipt from their service center which according to that engineer is not a Kent receipt, a broken RO and that Kent engineer. Please do not fall into this trap. Kent should take strong steps to strengthen their service network. ### 1/5 — Pathetic after sales service by the service vendor ClearJal *2023-09-24* The best products are ruined by the pathetic after sale services and that is what is happening with KENT. Kent has subcontracted after sales services to ClearJal, and Clear Jal is playing vital role in destroying KENT market with their pathetic service. They are forcing customers for AMC and then fool them by replacing used/ repaired parts. To increase their profit margins they are not even replacing parts and just wash and fit again so that it works for another 20-30 days. When asked about why does it needs frequent service these buggers say that water is not pure that is the reason it need’s service so frequently. Bloody to purify water only we paid so much amount to KENT and then to ClearJal. Pathetic & worst service experience till now.
