I’ve spent far too much time trying to get this to work. My wife who works for the world wide largest publishing house cannot make this work.The CEO comes across to me that she doesn’t care. So a really bad combination. It was better before they tried to upgrade it. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD NEW UPDATE *2016-07-21* My copy cannot open since new update and company not responsive to fixing. BEWARE!!! **Developer response:** Hi - Can I please ask you to try tapping the Settings button in the app and then select My Account and on this screen tap the Restore Subscription button?
