Terrible software.  I’ve spent far too much time trying to get this to work.  My wife who works for the world wide largest publishing house cannot make this work.The CEO comes across to me that she doesn’t care.  So a really bad combination.  It was better before they tried to upgrade it.

My copy cannot open since new update and company not responsive to fixing.

**Developer response:** Hi - Can I please ask you to try tapping the Settings button in the app and then select My Account and on this screen tap the Restore Subscription button? This should re-link your in-app subscription to the new version of the app. If you are still experiencing problems after trying this, please contact us directly at digitalsubscriptions@archant.co.uk and we will resolve this for you.

Very disappointed with the ipad version of the magazine. It is just a PDF of the magazine and there are far too many adverts in this magazine which out balances the articles which frankly are fairly mediocre.
