The App moves very slow as if the servers are on dial up speed. It has limited features. When you try to reach tech support, the link sends you the company website. They don’t even have IT dept that answer emails about the app. Hopefully one day they will catch up to the rest of the world. ### 1/5 — Simply the worse *2024-10-04* never again. I will not use this company, even if I was given a free ticket I don't want them to be thieves, I paid more for a ticket, and the day before my trip. They cancel the flight and put me on another flight, two days later, which costs less than the price of my ticket, because I had seen this flight, but I did not want to because of the long layover , and it costs significantly less. Than the ticket I bought. I had an 11 hour layover in Nairobi at the airport then 1h30 in Bangkok before going to my final destination and I met a lot of people who were complaining because their outward and return flights had had flight changes. last minutes. A purely mediocre company they cancel your flight at the last minute do not reimburse you for your extra do not compensate you and upgrade you to a flight that costs less and worse you miss your appointments because of their mediocrity if I could give minus 0 stars I will do it with great pleasure ### 1/5 — FSM *2024-08-18, version 128.3* The worse ever airline I’ve ever witnessed, the inconsistency, lack of communication, unprofessional behaviors from their staffs and crew member both on air and at the airport.. I was supposed to transit in Nairobi to Johannesburg for 1hr 45mins but I end up staying for more than 9hrs in Nirobi and due to that I had to miss my appointment with the USA embassy in Johannesburg… furthermore , they’re thieves, cus they stole my 1000$ watch ( Versus Versace ) and my perfumes from my bag and kept only empty boxes … and on my way back from Johannesburg to Dubai , I was suppose to do a layover of an hour in Nirobi but I end out staying for 16hrs to get on the next flight and had to miss work …. ### 1/5 — Canceling of flights *2024-08-05, version 128.2* This is the worst experience I have ever had canceling my flights twice and i will never never do the same mistake booking this flight imagine am still here on the airport stranded ### 1/5 — Worst airline of all time. Goodness knows why Kenya Airways (KQ) has allowed their web and mobile apps to be so awful. Suffice it to say that they are not spending the money to hire competent product managers and software developers. That’s management’s fault. The business logic and back-end integration is stupefyingly bad. Thirty good Kenyan developers could fix the front-end apps and integrations in a year (assuming the backend systems aren’t complete trash). No food, no alternative solution we are forced to sit on their ridiculous chairs. Cheap is expensive sometimes it’s better to buy an expensive reliable ticket with flights that’s you know will give the best service. So disappointing, we are hungry and are forced to buy expensive food that isn’t even good.
