I have been trying for years to join Asante rewards and get my points for flying Kenya Airways. It continues to fail to allow me to join. It fails to allow me to book flights. How can you use Kenya Airways if you can’t do anything with their app?

Its impossible to set the App up.  It’s actually disgraceful and does a massive disservice to Kenyan Airlines whose flights/service and reliability has be always been outstanding.  PLEASE  get a grip asap!!!

The last version of the app, asked you to update it every time you opened (right after I had updated it) and after you did some activity and let’s say had to go find some other information from your phone (say passport details), when you went back to the app, it again have you a message that you needed to update which when clicked would take you to the App Store, which asked you to open! Crazy!

The app is laggy and barely functions, even if it does, it makes zero sense. For “The pride of Africa”, this app is pitiful. smh🤦🏾‍♀️

The app worked well in the first year of using but then it says I need to upgrade but at the App Store it doesn’t have an update option. So unfortunate!
