After spamming many times and finally being able to launch singpass, it cannot load the keppel account after signing in. How do I know the bill keep going up? I don’t know any extra charges? System not robust, everytime view cannot, no alert to inform I should pay bill. Used a different card to pay and was successfully transferred. Next day was informed that my two credit card used for payment was credited and paid to Keppel electric. Pls look into the matter.
