I find myself gravitating toward Kept not only for studying and employing the Pomodoro method, but also for tasks that ask for a lot of focus. As someone with ADHD setting these timers allows me to have realistic expectations for focusing, but also makes it hard to give up because of Ax. 10/10 recommend super helpful!!
