## What is KeptHaven?

Your home's file, kept in one private place.

KeptHaven holds the documents, deadlines and upkeep of your house after you buy it. Your real estate agent sets it up for you, and it is free for you to use, for as long as you own the home.

WHAT IS IN IT

The closing packet, the deed, the survey, insurance policies, warranties, manuals and receipts, filed once and searchable.

Reminders before the date, not after. The homestead filing in March, the insurance renewal, the warranty that ends next spring.

A record of the home that builds over time: service visits, repairs, serial numbers, how old the roof and the water heater actually are.

A short list of what needs attention, in order, with one plain reason beside each item.

Ask My Home, which answers questions about the house from the documents filed for it.

Your agent, one tap away: call, text, email, or ask for a market analysis.

WHAT THE APP ADDS

Photograph a document, a receipt or a room with the camera, and it goes into the same review step your agent sees.

Notifications for maintenance reminders, storm and safety alerts and notes from your agent. Account settings has a button that sends you a test one, so you can see one arrive.

A screen that still works with no connection, and your account, your data export and your account deletion all inside the app.

WHO PAYS

Homeowners never do. Real estate agents subscribe to a seat, and one seat covers every client portal that agent builds. An agent can subscribe inside the app, under Your agent seat.

WHO CAN SEE YOUR FILE

Your agent sees the homes assigned to them, and your brokerage's admin sees the homes in that brokerage. Nobody else has a standing view of your file. You can take a copy of everything in it, or delete it, from Account settings at any time.

Designed for iPhone. Built in St. Augustine, Florida, by a working real estate agent. Questions go to support@kepthaven.com.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-09-26

A new app icon: the same house, drawn to fill the square.
Agents and brokerage admins who also own a home get a button at the top of their home's portal that opens their client concierge or Enterprise Admin.
The welcome tour, upkeep starter pack and Ask My Home suggestions now fit your home's state. A cold-winter home hears about the first freeze, not hurricane season.
St. Johns County homes now show their recorded sale history and permits on file. If the county already shows your homestead exemption, you are no longer reminded to file.
Password screens show the rules before you type: at least 10 characters, and not one from a known data breach. A password that is too short now says why.

### 1.0 (3) — 2026-09-25
