## What is Kerftrace?

Kerftrace is a private laser-workshop lab for converting material tests into repeatable job cards.

Record the exact machine, lens, material, supplier, thickness, focus reference, speed, power, passes, air assist, masking, measured slot and tab, and observed result. The Compensation Lab calculates measured kerf from a test coupon and produces user-controlled slot or outside-profile offsets. A comparison view keeps winning and failed tests together so old mistakes remain useful.
