Unable to see my child’s photos. Says unable to view. I uninstalled it and tried troubleshooting.

I can never see any photos of the baby due to screen going blank . Please fix so parents can see there babies this is horrible

The app shows a log-in error every time, and when we call support, nobody does anything but take a message with a promise to call us back. They don’t call us back.
