The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whether it’s opening a new account, handling a loan, or resolving an issue, they’ve always gone above and beyond. I genuinely trust them with my finances, and that says a lot. But the app? It’s a different story. The mobile app is clunky, outdated, and full of bugs. It crashes often, the interface feels like it hasn’t been updated in years, and basic tasks like transferring funds or depositing checks are more frustrating than they should be. Sometimes it won’t even log me in without multiple tries. It’s especially disappointing because so many people rely on mobile banking now — and it feels like the app is stuck in the past. If KCFCU ever decides to invest in a real digital experience that matches their excellent in-person service, they’d be unbeatable. Having to log in so often is annoying, especially when I'm trying to move money on the fly. The app seems to have a caching problem and has to load your commands several times during your chosen operation.
