Why your application Kerui smart is not longer working on IOS 17.2?
I have an W18 alarm + accessories with S72 smart plug and cameras and i prefer to use kerui smart app because all that equipments are on the same app.  Thank you for your help if you can upgrade the app to ios 17.2

When I start the app, does not ask for location. For this reason, I do not find the app on LOCATION SERVICES on my iPhone6.
Therefor, when I want to add K52 alarm, the app does not find my wifi SID and I can’t connect the phone to the alarm on the same network. So the alarm is useless!
Please help!

I have installed the alarm and works great but is pointless as the app will not recognise me signing in!!! 
I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times with no joy, this is beyond a joke now. Please advise as getting no help whatsoever, this is now urgent as my office is opening next week and I need to be able to control by app and get notifications

App do not send notification to smartphone with k7 alarm panel...
Multiples apps with the same design, search for SmartHome in the AppStore, this app is strickly identical and do send notification, however, the notifications are in japanese even if the app is in english and is said to be translated in 11 language on the App Store...
Run away! Absolutly scandalous for security apps!
