We use this kebab house when ever we get take away and it’s gradually gone down hill, tonight was awful! Basically no cheese as all stick in the box, hard wedges and kebab was like chewing leather. No way is that fresh dinner meat. Really disappointed.

You should never put service charge on an order . I pay a delivery charge and tip driver , what more should you expect . I hope you remove this in future orders
