They provide you with a custom made weekly meal plan based on your own choice of proteins. It also provides you with your macro counts and enables you to create a shopping list to support your meal plan. This alleviates a lot of the burden if one was to track all their macros on their own. You also have the choice to change a meal if you do not agree with a particular recipe or ingredient. Choosing this diet and in particular this app has been a life altering decision and it could do the same for you if you commit yourself to this program!!! ### 4/5 — Awesome! *2025-12-06, version 2.18.27* I love how easy and simple this plan works. If you do not cancel or forget to cancel, they will continue to collect your money every 6 months nonstop. Then they will cite their fine print policy about cancellations. Mind you I didn’t want refunds from previous two charges just the recent one when I discovered it. Nope. Their response was dismissive. I quickly replied with a request to cancel, not a refund, just cancel the transaction, and be done with it. A year later you charge my credit card without notice. Now my card has been charged for $66.00 twice!!! For $132.00 through PayPal. They are based in Lithuania. I have attempted numerous times to get and I've not received an email. The telephone number that they list is not valid. You to go to the app and sign it. Now I'm gonna have to dispute this with PayPal. Do not sign up for this company unless you want a forever payment. ### 1/5 — Frustrating apps *2025-07-02, version 2.18.24* In comparison to other keto tracking apps this is by far the worst. They have a very limited lists of ingredients when preparing your own food and when you have to manually entire your own nutritional facts it doesn’t save the item so you can easily access it again making you have to redo it every time you use items/ingredients not in the system. Was fooled in to believing this was a great app when searching online because you can’t do a free trial now i understand why. I immediately canceled my subscription but of course they don’t issue refunds.
