## What is Keto Tracker?

Keto Tracker helps you track your keto journey.
You can log your Glucose and Ketones measurements from your measuring devices and Keto Tracker will compute whether or not you are in Ketosis / Autophagy.
It can also compute an estimates A1C value for your last 3 months of your Keto Track-ing.
Keto Tracker adds the ability for you to add notes of the food you ate a night before your morning measurements.
It then displays that information in a color coded item list which helps you determine your Ketosis state.
