## What is Ketofiti?

Ketofiti is a keto companion built for Kenya. Log what you eat in plain language, in English or Kiswahili, and see your net carbs, protein, fat and calories instantly.

WHAT YOU GET
- Natural-language food logging. Type "2 eggs, sukuma na avocado" and Ketofiti does the maths.
- Local foods first. Sukuma wiki, nyama choma, terere, ghee, mchicha and more, with real portions.
- Keto score. A simple daily score so you know at a glance how the day went.
- Ketones and GKI. Log blood ketones and glucose and track your Glucose-Ketone Index.
- Weight and BMI trends, with gentle pace guidance so you never push too hard.
- Intermittent fasting. Start a fast and see what is happening in your body, stage by stage.
- Budget meal plans. Breakfast, lunch and supper ideas that fit your carb budget and your wallet.
- Meal boxes and recipes. Order keto meal boxes in Nairobi and pay with M-Pesa, or build a shopping list.
