I’m not well educated on the dynamics of a keto diet but I do know to cut out (heavily limit carbs). Why does this app suggest an orange ? According to google sites one orange puts a person over the recommended carb intake. Cancellation is through Apple ID. But the recipe pictures don’t accurately show what the recipes are. For example there is a lunch recipe for a “salad in a jar” where the picture clearly shows broccoli and chick peas. You think you’ll get lists and recipes but you don’t. And another Ad keeps popping up trying to get you to subscribe the the place that ACTUALLY has recipes (Kelly’s or Katie’s site or something like that).
