KetoLock puts net carbs at the center of meal tracking. LOG THE WAY THAT FITS THE MOMENT • Photo: take or choose a meal photo to create an editable food and portion estimate. • Barcode: use published product-label information when available. Barcode lookups do not use your cloud-analysis allowance. • Describe: type or dictate foods such as “2 eggs, ½ avocado and black coffee,” then review the result before saving. REVIEW BEFORE YOU LOG KetoLock separates foods when possible and shows estimated portions, total carbs, fiber, sugar alcohols, protein and fat. Adjust a food, portion or nutrition value whenever an estimate does not match your plate or label. Confidence and source information help explain where an estimate came from. CHECK THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE When an ingredient list or meal description is available, KetoLock highlights terms and serving details that may deserve a closer look, including added sugars, starches and sugar alcohols. It cannot identify ingredients that are not disclosed and does not measure whether you are in ketosis.
