Been looking for this app for a while. Would be great if the warmup countdown had a sound for each second elapsed. That would help with pinpointing the start of my set.

When I initially used this app I didn't understand what set it apart from the saturated timer app market. After trying many others I now understand how this app has distinct features that others lack, such as a duration timer with an alert on an interval. Too many other apps either lack this feature or hide the duration timer. When I'm fatiguing under some kettlebells it's really helpful to not need to focus on my cadence and instead focus on pushing through the little bit of time left.
