Are there directions on how to set up a workout? I’m looking to build 4 round kettle bell workout with 30-60 seconds in between. There is no way to contact the developer. Rip off

Super easy to use and set up kettlebell workouts. Also provides amazing workout templates. Great overall value for the minimal cost.
