### 5/5 — Pumped!

*2021-04-15, version 1.1.8*

This is only my first week but, after seeing results my brother sent after using the app, I was sold!!!

### 5/5 — Great variety of workouts

*2021-04-02, version 1.1.8*

Very well designed, and provides a variety of exercises that can be easily done by following the provided videos.

### 5/5 — Kettlebell everyday

*2020-12-29, version 1.1.8*

Love this app, use it almost everyday. I like the aspect that it is based on time opposed to reps. Easy to follow and great focused workouts. As I read in another review, I would also like a few more exercises to be included. Even if it is a few combos. I find myself modifying a few of the basics into techniques I’ve seen.

### 5/5 — Very well done simple app

*2020-07-30, version 1.1.8*

Provides a large list of exersizes catagoried by body part workout, easy to follow, nice little live/gif videos on each exersize, a must have if you use kettlebells or want to.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2020-07-27, version 1.1.8*

Love the app. Great workouts and you can adjust how long you want your workout to last. I love it so much I want to buy the premium it’s just I don’t know if it’s a one time fee of $2.99 or if it’s monthly? Can anyone help?

### 5/5 — Solid

*2020-06-08, version 1.1.8*

Great workouts with the ability to improve by lowering the rest times and increasing workout time.

### 5/5 — To the point

*2020-04-15, version 1.1.8*

Awesome and to the point. I bought a Bowflex kettle bell and didn’t really know what to do with it. This app has helped enjoy and make better use if that product.

### 5/5 — Great app - but suggest more customizability.

*2020-03-24, version 1.1.8*

1. Would like to change the voice ...

2. Would like to vary the exercise times and times in between exercises

3. Would like to have more exercises

### 5/5 — Great Starter

*2020-02-17, version 1.1.8*

This is a great introduction into the world of getting fit at home, on a budget. All you need is this app and a Kettlebell. I started a New Years resolution to get fit and lose weight and this app has a nice program to keep your workouts going. It gives you a demo of the exercise which doubles as a rest time and tells you when to switch sides so they equally get a workout.

### 5/5 — A simple kettle app that gets it done!

*2020-02-04, version 1.1.8*

This is a user friendly app that you can use over and over again.

I love how it tells you to switch sides - which is very important when doing kettle bell training.

I’m a beginner - and highly recommend this to anyone who wants to incorporate kettle bells into their daily routine.

I do mine in the comfort of my home.

I just put on my AirPods, prop my phone up so I can see the screen, choose workout type, set up timer, choose comparable workout timer on my smart watch, and go!

Only gripe is the lower workout isn’t unlocked (yes I haven’t paid the $2.99, yet 😂)

Anyways, download it.

👍🏽

### 5/5 — Work outs!

*2020-01-22, version 1.1.8*

Great work outs for when I only have a short period of time to get up and move my body. I use this app multiple times a week. It’s super helpful!

### 5/5 — Loveeee

*2019-10-29, version 1.1.8*

This app is absolutely incredible! I have extreme fatigue and I can still get through all their workouts! Spend the extra 2.99 to unlock lower body! It’s worth it! I have been doing this for two months and already see definition.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2020-06-28, version 1.1.8*

The App is very limited with regard to the number of exercises (library) and they are all mostly beginner not intermediate or advanced. I was also very disappointed that you aren’t able to upload any of your own exercises to the library when creating workouts.

### 2/5 — Unfinished

*2020-01-02, version 1.1.8*

This app is just lazy. They got about 3/4 of the way done and decided that was close enough. Frustratingly small number of exercises, doesn’t communicate with the health app for tracking activity, limited customization of your workouts. Glitches a lot, after changing settings of a workout and hitting save, it will lose the changes. Sometimes you have to save the changes several times.

### 2/5 — Annoying video error

*2019-05-15, version 1.1.8*

About half way through the workout, the video keeps skipping and repeating “Begin Begin Begin” until the next exercise starts. The video continued to have this annoying error. The exercise would also not take the full time. This app is currently unusable if it continues to skip and repeat itself.

### 3/5 — Great workout. A bit buggy

*2023-01-11, version 1.1.8*

Just finished a workout. It was really intense and varied but halfway through there was a bug that had it say “begin” after every second went by in the countdown. That also made it skip the preworkout demonstration.

### 3/5 — Good but glitchy

*2022-08-30, version 1.1.8*

I like the routines and they you can set the tim. But, it is not always easy to see how to perform a particular exercise because the model wears dark clothes and is positioned is obscure ways. Then the app freezes followed by the narrator getting locked into a loop, repeating the same phrase over and over. Requiring the user to close and open the app.

### 3/5 — Love the workouts! But could use an update

*2020-04-14, version 1.1.8*

The voice begins to glitch if you pause the workout for too long or go to the previous exercise too many times. Also an update with even more exercises would be great, as many more exist!

### 3/5 — Useful

*2020-01-23, version 1.1.8*

It’s quite useful and I enjoy the different workouts. I didn’t give it the two starts to get to a full five because the app doesn’t sync up with the apple activity ring app and I use that to track what I do daily.

### 3/5 — Needs Major Improvements

*2019-02-17, version 1.1.8*

The videos are semi-helpful, however there’s no text or voice explaining the proper posture. I think it’s somewhat misleading to state that this app has “voice coach.” It just shows videos from one angle of a guy doing the workouts listed. Good thing it wasn’t too expensive.

### 3/5 — Good start

*2017-11-19, version 1.1.8*

The videos of each exercise play during a workout, which is nice. The workouts are tough but doable. The core workout is exactly the same as the abs workout, which is disappointing, so you only really get two free workouts. Despite the problems, a few minor fixes could make this a really good app!

### 4/5 — Just a couple of tweaks

*2019-08-29, version 1.1.8*

Great app, I use it for at least two workouts a week.

Two things I’d change:
1) give me the ability to adjust the loudness of the app, independent of the music I’m playing in the background. I listen to playlists while I work out, and sometimes it’s difficult to hear the next exercise.
2) update the exercise list regularly. The app does a great job of shuffling exercises, but I know there are more exercises out there than the ones I’m seeing. Add more, please!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — What a workout!!!

*2022-08-09, version 1.1.8*

I do the 20 minute full body workout. Somehow with breaks it’s 30mns and it’s killer. I am always standing in a pool of sweat when I’m done. This app and it’s workouts are so tough. I use a 15lb kettlebell and it gives me an awesome workout. I know what you’re thinking…15lbs! Yep, a few times I’ve thought of leaving the weights on the ground and just use my body weights. By the end of my workouts, that 15lbs feels like 150lbs. The workouts are non stop besides the 30sec break you get in between bundle sets. I can’t recommend this app enough. It will get you in shape quickly!

### 5/5 — Love the simplicity of the app

*2022-07-22, version 1.1.8*

I like to have the ability to set the time I want work out, choose the focus and don’t worry about it.

### 5/5 — kettlebell newb

*2022-04-29, version 1.1.8*

I thought it was simple and straight forward. The app is easy to use and not glitchy. It gives video demos on how to perform exercise.

### 5/5 — My Go-To Home Anywhere workout

*2022-04-03, version 1.1.8*

This app is amazing! I use this kettlebell workout app everywhere I go with my kettlebells. More affordable than f 45 that is essentially also showing you a virtual trainer to help make sure your form is correct. Some days I choose 5mins, some days I choose 20mins, I love the flexibility to go at my own length and highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Great value

*2021-11-03, version 1.1.8*

Mid-forties male into fitness all my life but not a lot of experience with Kettlebells. App has been a great introduction to crafting a kettle bell workout. Just upgraded to the premium today after a few weeks of free version.

### 5/5 — Set your pace

*2021-10-29, version 1.1.8*

Great app! This is good for beginners because it lets you control how long of a workout that you want. The best part is if you don’t catch the movement of the workout you can pause it and it will still show you what to do without interrupting the time limit that you set for yourself to workout.

### 5/5 — Share my workout

*2021-08-24, version 1.1.8*

I just wish when I was done with my workout it would let me share it to my Twitter and it does not. It just says to log into my account which I am. Confused please let me know if it’s just me or are other users experiencing this as well.

### 5/5 — I’m a kettlebell beginner

*2021-08-13, version 1.1.8*

I find this program to be comprehensive, well paced with clear instructions. You don’t have to think, just follow and concentrate on form. I have 5 kettlebell apps and I always use this one, preferring it.

### 5/5 — Simple and basic, perfect for newbies

*2021-08-11, version 1.1.8*

I love the simplicity. Easy to see how to do moves I haven’t done before, but also to have a decent pace setter. So far has been worth paying to buy the full version.

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2021-07-06, version 1.1.8*

I really like the workouts that shows had to offer. The exercises are simple but challenging.
