## What is Kettlebook?

Kettlebook is a no-nonsense gym workout log built for the moment between sets. Big targets, your last session's numbers right there in grey, and one tap to tick a set done.

LOG FAST
• Active workout screen with a sets table per exercise: previous weight × reps shown in grey
• Tap the checkmark to complete a set; empty fields fill in from last time
• Rest timer starts itself after every set, with a notification when it's time to go
• Elapsed workout time always on screen
• Finish to see your summary: time, volume, sets and new personal records

TRAIN WITH ROUTINES
• Save your go-to sessions like Push, Pull and Legs as ordered routines
• Start a routine in one tap, or start an empty workout and build as you go
• Built-in library of 50+ exercises grouped by muscle, searchable, plus your own custom exercises

SEE THE WORK
• History of every session with duration, volume and every set
• Weekly bar: each session loads a plate toward your weekly goal
• kg or lb, your choice

KETTLEBOOK PRO
• Unlimited routines (free: up to 3 routines, unlimited workouts)
• Estimated 1RM progress charts for every exercise, plus your best set
• Automatic PR tracking and weekly volume charts
• Plate calculator: enter a weight, see exactly which plates go on each side

Your workouts, sets and personal records stay on your device. No account, no ads.
