Also why gather so much information during sign up. Why is birthday a mandated field? Definitely avoid an update on this if you can. Kettlemans… just going to skip going now. I go to set up a new account and it tells me I already have an account. So I can’t earn points now or even use them. Can’t order ahead. This app is very unreliable and every time I go in to order something the options have changed. I can no longer order a dozen bagels or half a dozen. I can only order a single bagel at a time. After entering my credentials and tapping the login button, I remain on the same pg, with a message pointing to the password field saying “Fill out this field.” And of course, that field IS filled out. This app is a little rusty but with the help of staff, I always manage to figure things out. ### 2/5 — Frustrating app *2022-03-05, version 1.0.8* The app looks great and the user interface is solid, so I’m not gonna go as Lowe’s giving it a one, but this app is terrible in terms of payments. I have tried multiple times to place an order using both my credit card and Apple Pay. Neither work. Apple Pay tells me that the payment has gone through, but when you click the button to continue and complete the order Kettlemans says that there was a payment error. Similar with the credit card. I called the store to ask for help and of course they were not able to help me at all. When I asked if I could place an order over the phone so that I could pick up through the pick up window I was told that they can’t do payments through the pick up window. I loved Kettlemans Bagel‘s, but this was such a frustrating process I just gave up and went to another restaurant. ### 2/5 — It was great when it worked *2021-08-08, version 1.0.7* I can‘t log in with email anymore.
