I have tried updating it. I have deleted it and re-added it to my phone. There is so little you can do to control it from the app - the app is mainly a scam to get you to buy coffee through them - you don’t need a fancy coffee machine or this app to do that. My friend bought the same exact coffee machine except his doesn’t have the WiFi connection - his machine literally makes coffee twice as fast. Mine seems to send information back and forth to Keurig instead of just making coffee. App is glitchy and navigation is terrible. Horrible customer service as well. ### 1/5 — Won’t connect if your router requires a password! *2026-06-10, version 2.2611.0* Nowhere on the box or ratings was it mentioned that if, like 85+% of homes in the USA, you use a password to log into your router - this machine cannot do it! Not until you download the app (that’s basically asking permission to bombard you with ads via email and text) do you find this out when you try to troubleshoot the issue. It’s not your fault, it’s their weak programming skills for their chip. We should class action Keurig for false advertising. Hopefully the attempt to connect through this app ACTUALLY EXTENDED MY WARRANTY 12 months. If it doesn’t- that’s another class action. Nuisance Lawsuits are the only way to keep these greedy CEOs in check and actually deliver on what they promise.
