Jedoch habe ich noch nie eine Fahrt über die App buchen können. Selbst versuchte Bestellungen Tage später werden nicht angenommen. Telefonisch scheint dies jedoch kein Problem zu sein. Dies erschließt sich mir einfach nicht, was die App wiederum für mich unbrauchbar macht. Eigentlich schade. ### 3/5 — Kexi Kelheim *2024-02-10* Alles Schön und gut… aber bei bestimmten Sachen frage ich mich was mit dem Kexi los ist. 1. Wenn man in der App bestellt z.b. möchte um 15 Uhr fahren sind sehr oft nur Fahrten ab 16:30 Möglich. Das Verstehe ich ned genau so oft am Telefon man bestellt wartetest du öft mal 1-2 h auf dein Kexi. Das sollte behoben werden. Genau so das es vielleicht mehr Kexis gibt inklusive Fahrer… da es nämlich oft heißt ,,Heute ist kein Kexi frei“ aber fahren auf Deutsch gesagt vor deiner Nase rum. Bitte beheben dann wäre es sehr gut. Lg ### 4/5 — Top, aber kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten *2024-02-08* Nutze die App sehr viel, weil sie (und das ganze Projekt) extrem praktisch ist. Aber bitte: Wenn keine Fahrt verfügbar ist und ich es später wieder versuchen soll: Lasst Start- und Zielpunkt gespeichert und mich nur die Zeit ändern. Jedes mal muss ich wieder beide Punkte auswählen und eine neue Anfrage senden. Lasst mich doch das D-Ticket als Zahlungsmittel auswählen. Und als letzten wichtigen Punkt: Wenn ich ein Kexi aus dem Zug für 15 Uhr bestelle, weil ich fünf Minuten davor ankomme, ist es einfach blöd, wenn das KEXI dann doch 10 Minuten eher als angkündigt da ist und ich am Ende noch ne No-Show-Gebühr bezahlen muss, obwohl ich 5 Minuten vor Abfahrt da war. ### 1/5 — Nicht benutzbar *2024-01-18* 50 mal angefragt, keine Fahrt verfügbar. Hotline angerufen, Fahrt konnte sofort gebucht werden. Ergo, App total unbrauchbar, wenn man nie was buchen kann ### 1/5 — Daten-Sammelei *2023-12-07* Wozu braucht diese App meine Telefonnummer?? Ohne die Eingabe einer Nummer lässt sich die App noch nichtmal öffnen. Nein, ihr bekommt meine Nummer nicht! Und….gelöscht! ### 1/5 — Schlecht! *2023-11-22* Ständig die Meldung, dass der Startort außerhalb des Servicebereichs liegt, egal was man eingibt. Sind all die KExI-Schilder im Landkreis nur Dekoration? ### 1/5 — Unbrauchbare App *2023-10-11* Diese App hat einen guten Ansatz und wäre echt gut, allerdings ist diese App unbrauchbar. Manchmal funktioniert sie und manchmal gar nicht. Wenn die App gar nicht will dann kommt folgende Meldung : „Dieser Startort liegt außerhalb des Servicebereichs.“ Und der Startort ist rot markiert. Obwohl man im Servicebereich Kelheim zu Kelheim liegt und innerhalb kelheims fahren möchte. Solange die App nicht ein ordentliches fix Update erhält ist diese App unbrauchbar.
