This was to the point that once on a late-night trip home from work, the driver gave me no choice but to drive to a cash point, get out of the car, and withdraw money to pay him. This was incredibly uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety. In another instance, I was the victim of a sexually violent act by a driver to the extent that local law enforcement was involved. This was enough to make me stay away forever. ### 1/5 — Poor *2023-06-10, version 34.0.23* A price is agreed online and then they will change the price on arrival and claim it’s a glitch in the system. Rude, avoid. ### 1/5 — New updated app *2021-03-28, version 33.1.2* Key cars have upgraded their app, unfortunately it isn’t as good as it looks. It takes 10 minutes plus for the app to search for a car for you, it’s slow and extremely temperamental it will often kick you off the app and will close down meaning you have to go through the booking again. The old app was much more simple and better quality. The old app didn’t look great but it worked. The newer app looks great but doesn’t work. I feel like they have spent a lot of time and money into making the app look appealing, but with that said they have wasted a lot of money as the app itself is awful. ### 1/5 — Not recommend *2021-03-03, version 32.0.2* I do prepaid online when booking. And driver ask me to pay after finish. So I paid twice for one usage of taxi. Scammers there.
