Can’t order food between 11:30 and 12:00

If done online have to register why my date of birth and gender needed

Really dumb. 

No 30 mins wait for food. Having waited 30 mins to order.

Do you really need an app? Move to mobile web like everyone else and stop wasting your money. Couldn’t even continue as guest.  Place is overpriced anyway

I find  it extremely disappointing that you have to order using an app. 
The whole process takes to long.

Covid has finished, should now be able to order at the counter as well as table for the older clientele or just for people who don’t want to do everything with a phone.
